At PiercingXXL, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return unworn and sealed jewelry items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original, unopened hygienic packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for hygiene compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
